Yanquiza Pisco is a family-owned artisanal producer of Peru’s beloved Spirit of Pisco. The desert hamlet of Yanquiza has been steeped in the tradition of viticulture and Pisco production for centuries. As a national award-winning producer of Pisco, Master Distiller Don Jesus Hernández brings centuries of tradition and several decades of experience to deliver one of the world’s most exquisite distilled spirits. Yanquiza Pisco originates from our single-estate family vineyard in the Ocucaje Valley of Ica, Peru.

A Family Legacy of Tradition and Resilience
Bodega Yanquiza, a heritage of four generations, began nearly a century ago in the hamlet of Yanquiza, Ica Peru, when Don Pedro Alvarez Ferreyra planted the family’s first vineyard in 1930.
With boundless dedication, master distiller Don Jesus Hernandez, Don Pedro’s grandson, has meticulously upheld the family's craft, transforming Peru's finest grapes into Pisco with unmatched purity and passion. Every step in production honors the methods passed down through generations, preserving the distinct terroir of the Peruvian desert coast.
